Submit your details and complete your secure payment online. Your details will be verified by the Numero® team.

Once your account details are verified, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app on your nominated device(s).

Download the app and enter the licensed login key as required. We recommended making a parent or guardian the admin for the profile for privacy and security.

The app is available for purchase under subscription in online game stores for your device. You can also download the app directly from our website.
H3: What should I do if I forget my password?
You simply request a password reset through the app and can choose a new secure password, hopefully one that is easier to remember.
H3: What are the system requirements to play the app?
The app has been designed to work with the latest Android, windows and Apple operating system versions. If you are having trouble opening or installing the app on your device, please send us a support query.
H3: Can the app be played across different platforms (iOS, Android)?
When the app launch process is complete, it will be available on all platforms. Stay tuned for updates.
H3: How does the multiplayer game mode work?
After selecting the multiplayer option, you will then select the level of game you wish to play. The system will then connect you with someone else who wants to play at the same level or within one level on either side of your preference.
H3: How can I get technical support or report issues with the app?
All issues of this nature can be sent directly to support@numero.org. You will receive a response within 48 hours, respective of weekends and public holidays, although the more information you provide will speed up this response time.
